An Events, Communication and Engagement professional with over 15 years’ experience, Paula has produced world-class events for global brands in both the agency and corporate arenas and brings a wealth of knowledge on event management from both sides of the fence.

Paula has high standard of ethics when it comes to events and how they operate. Heading up Business Banking Events at the Commonwealth Bank for nearly eleven years and managing a number of international accounts prior to this, she is well placed to share insights on the challenges that arise in the world of events. Paula is currently managing a number of thought leadership and STEM programs for the Bank including Wired for Wonder and Girls in Tech.

Paula has sharp expertise in creating event strategies that deliver innovative client-centric experiences to drive change, engagement and push boundaries.

Paula has a bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Canberra. She began her career as a travel agent for Flight Centre and went on to work at a renowned wholesale travel company before entering the world of events.

She is an ethical, accountable and passionate industry professional who is also a committee member of the Sydney Event Network.
